Steve Enefer | Managing Director

Born and brought up in Colchester, Steve graduated in Nottingham and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) at a mid tier firm, also in Nottingham.

​

After moving into Financial Services as an analyst in London, he realised a passion for both data and technology, which were abundant in the Organisations he worked for, culminating in leading a team of hybrid Analyst-Developers supporting a range of internal stakeholders in Finance, Risk and Front-Office.

​​​

Specialising in relational databases, data modelling, analytical cubes and data visualisations, he is highly skilled in SQL, Power Query, Excel and Power BI, with good knowledge of Python (Data Analytics) and how Cloud platforms can provide additional scale for both size and complexity. However, his real passion is connecting end-users with good quality data and using technology to enable the efficient loading, processing and consumption of the datasets.

A sharp analytical mind, commercial business acumen and a voracious learner, he has broad-based technical skills, knowledge and experience spanning over 20 years.

The Data and Analytics field is changing constantly, with AI a potentially game-changing and disruptive force, and Steve has continued his professional development to maintain a clear understanding of the skills, approaches and tools which Organisations can use to help drive their businesses forward.
